Please read these Terms and Conditions of sale carefully. They relate to all sales made by SDP Ventures Ltd trading as Make IT Italian through this website.
Make IT Italian e-commerce is part of SDP Ventures Ltd, registered in England and Wales N. 07619222 and with registered office at 49 Woodville Gardens - W5 2LN London (UK). By submitting an order on this web site you are agreeing to the terms that appear below which will apply to any purchase made on this web site.
1 PURCHASE CONTRACT
1.1 "SDP Ventures" or "Make IT Italian" or "We" or "Us" or "Our" means SDP Ventures Ltd. All purchases made on this web site are governed by these Terms and Conditions at any time although the Terms and Conditions governing any given purchase will be those in effect at the date of your order.
1.2 “Food Boxes” or “Products” means the goods we sell through our website.
1.3 We will confirm acceptance of your order. This will occur either by message on the website immediately after you have confirmed your order, or by us sending an e-mail to the email address you have provided to us. At this point the purchase contract will be made and we will supply the Products in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.
1.4 You must be 18 years old minimum and have a UK address and credit card in order to make any purchase.
2 PRICE AND DELIVERY CHARGES
2.1 The price of the Food Boxes will be as quoted on the web site at the time you confirm your order. All prices displayed on the Website are quoted in pounds / Sterling. If the purchase includes more than one product, the total price will be quoted on the web site at your confirmation of order. We will not be liable in case of any inadvertent technical error. If you subsequently amend your order, the prices charged will be those applicable to the amended item(s) at the time that the amended order is confirmed.
2.2 All prices quoted are inclusive of any tax.
2.3 Every order will be delivered for free at the UK address you provided to us at the order confirmation.
2.4 We do our best to ensure that the Products advertised on our website are available at the advertised price. In case the Product ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted, at the email address you provided at the order confirmation, with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to dispatch the order at a later date, when the Product will be available. In case of no longer availability of the Product ordered, we won’t be able to accept your order and will notify this to you.
3 METHODS OF PAYMENT
3.1 Payment may be made by debit, credit card or Your PayPal account.
3.2 The debit and credit cards accepted by us are those accepted from PayPal on the date on which your order is placed.
3.3 The payment will be debited on your debit, credit card or PayPal account upon receipt of your order. We must receive payment of the whole price of the Products you ordered before your order can be accepted.
4 DELIVERY
4.1 Delivery will be usually made to your UK billing address. You can specify a different shipping address during the checkout process. We can deliver only in UK mainland and Northern Ireland. We do not sell or deliver to non-UK mainland and countries outside of the UK.
4.2 SDP Ventures Ltd works in partnership with the Fulfilment Service by Amazon. Amazon will manage the delivery of our Products to the address you communicate at the order confirmation. The box which contains our products will be Amazon branded.
4.3 Goods will be dispatched from Monday to Friday by Amazon Fulfilment Service. Delivery usually takes from 3 to 5 days.
4.4 We take special care to endeavour that deliveries are made within a short delivery slot and accordingly, it is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at all times during the delivery slot. If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted the goods will be retained by Amazon and us. Amazon will leave notification of delivery. Please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in an occasional late delivery. If that is the case you will be contacted as soon as possible in order to reschedule your delivery time and date.
4.5 We will always try to supply you with the products that you have ordered. In the event that the products delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us promptly. If you are not satisfied with the products you have received we will arrange with you for them to be returned to us (please note that the goods included in the food boxes must not be used and must be in good condition). You will be refund for any incorrect Products which you have not received. In any event, our liability will be limited to the price of the food boxes not delivered or incorrectly delivered.
